Return Policy:
Simple Return Policy. You may return your purchase within 30 days for a refund of the purchase price. Refunds on credit card purchases can only be applied to the credit card the purchase was made with. Refunds on PayPal purchases can only be applied to the account of the paying party. All returns require a return authorization which can easily be obtained by sending an email request to sales@mcobead.com.
Please package all returned items carefully. For quantity discounted items, if the return means that the original order no longer qualifies for the quantity discount, a price adjustment will be applied to the order based on the ending actual purchase amount.

If your order payment is declined by PayPal or the credit card processor, you will have 3 business days to contact us and provide an approved method of payment. Our cutoff time is 11:55 AM Eastern Time, Monday through Friday.
Shipping rates are computed using the package ship weight of your order, rounded up to the nearest whole ounce for USPS First Class mail or pound if by USPS Priority mail and are displayed in the shopping cart. All shipments are FOB shipping point, Orlando, FL and do not include insurance unless you select insurance. You are not covered against loss or damage without insurance.

Standard domestic shipping is $2.65 for small packages up to 13 oz, via the USPS First Class mail without tracking. Delivery time is generally 2 to 9 days. Priority mail service via the USPS is used for packages more than 13 oz, with tracking. Delivery time is generally 2 to 3 days. The 13 oz limitation for First Class mail is a USPS rule. From time to time, it may be neccessary to adjust a shipping charge to be in compliance with USPS rules.
International Shipping
USPS is the shipping method available for international orders. USPS does not offer tracking once a package leaves the United States. International packages generally take between 2 and 10 days to reach customs in the destination country. The customs clearance process depends on the local procedures and is not something we can control. The buyer is responsible for any tariff, taxes, value added tax (VAT), fees and or duties.

Domestic insurance is 60 cents per $100 and international insurance is 90 cents per $100 (USD). This is an optional offering to the buyer. If you do not purchase insurance, you agree to accept responsibility if your shipment is lost or damaged. You are not covered against loss or damage without insurance.
